CNN's John Sutter says he doesn't have much faith in Congress' ability to pass wise laws. He worries that if the court just got rid of 230 for these vast swaths of the internet, we would not see Congress coming together on a wise solution. If you're going to have platform liability for user speech, then you want a mechanism where users can find out when their content has been taken down,Sutter said.
