I feel like the people in Congress definitely aren't open to just giving up power. But I guess what you're saying is that they really haven't taken the initiative yet to do so and are kind of seeking that either in action. And the question is whether that is constitutional. You know, can the executive, which is supposed to enforce the law that Congress passes effectively pick up the slack when Congress doesn't pass a law? To date or for the last 30 years, the answer has generally been yes, the executive is able to do that. That question is newly relevant and is being reconsidered and has already started to be reconsidered.
