Is Istio a Problem?
Istio is just a service. You go and update the deployment and rolls out. The data plane runs absolutely everywhere. How do you do a progressive roll out to everything in your cubernetts cluster? It really is a big problem, and one that we're trying to tackle. I've always thought tat was a problem with cubenetis, and not a problem with the soft way that runs on it.
