There's lots of low hanging fruit that a lot of people can pick to better themselves in this area. Look for these three things and anyone is communicating with you as a coach: Competence, do they know what they're doing? Commitment, do they really believe in you and what you are doing? And lastly, the chemistry, the connection you have with whoever is going to coach you. The best work I've been able to do with entrepreneurs, with VCs is being able to discover what I call the GSNTs, the greatest stories never told.
