Self Confidence Is Not the Same as Self Esteem

Self confidence is not the same as self esteem. Self esteem is about seeing yourself as having intrinsic value. You cannot be outwardly confident unless you believe that you have worth or that's a very good point. I'm wondering now if using the techniques and the tools that we'll talk about today to build self confidence, if that then builds one sense anything that assumes confidence creates confidence.
