The Pros and Cons of Intergenerational Ministry
LZ Granderson: I had to do some leveling because my background was educational psychology. He says the predominant ways that we are God's people usually happens in intergenerational settings. "God knows this well that dividing people out just to the second graders and say, Oh, you second graders need to come to know whatever second graders can come to know" LZ: It being part of a body, all generations together so that as you are growing up, you see 12 year olds and 18 year olds and 32 year olds.
