The Importance of Proper Movement of the Pelvis

Sprinters bias a little anterior just in that the way they move. They're probably going to find that they're more inclined to be anteriorly tilted. And it's not necessarily making them a better athlete. They're just better at getting around the imbalance that they currently have. If they were to focus on proper movement of the pelvis, restoring it more to a neutral place, chances are their speed will increase and power output will increase.
