The Importance of Leadership in the Military
The intent was to put the right guy in the right leadership position did that always happen? No, but that was the intent was Rank was immaterial. We didn't wear rank Unless you know some specific thing where we had to get in uniform whatever. Being a team leader Allowed you to be a better instructor But it allowed you to have the knowledge of leading a team. Did you have a workup before you went to Somalia at all? Huh? Were there any issues with your body language or anything like that? There were no problems with my body Language and I'm not going to go into details about those things because they're private matters.
