The Tragedy of the Comments

One of the logical ways that this ends is when water goes away and all of a sudden no engross pistachios anymore. We're talking about functionally a dust bowl happening in the central valley. Another ending could be regulation. But so far the state has been reluctant to do that. There is one other option though one solution to the tragedy of the comments.
