The way that i like to do it is within the i c p. In case anyone isn't familiar with it, i like to provide with multiple avenues to become familiar with your brand. I know people, a handful years ago, loved making the general personas. These generalities don't quite work any more. Investing in ways that you can get in front of your i c p and multiple manners is going to pay off in the long term.
