Pricing is a two-sided conversation because it affects how you charge and how you value the result, the outcome. I think clients or corporate legal departments have been slow to adopt sort of that value-based pricing concept. It really just depends on the appetite on the other side and their willingness to take not a risk but do something differently. So internally, what's easy to is instead of pricing things based on inputs like hours, it's more output.
