Pinnacle have taken over what's that seven months so far. Early signs about how it's going? Well not great. It is they're not all full of people and there is in fact a proportion of them that aren't really good enough to take people at the moment. As the armed forces personnel numbers have shrunk there are numbers of empties around. Which should in a way make their job easier as they can deprioritize the ones that don't have people in them.
