The Senior Leadership Team

I think it was like the first kind of few months that we were talking about our transition into our roles. I remember you said to me, i think we need to establish a senior leadership team. And as i go, what does that mean? Where does it where te warl come from? You have to codify some of these things so that when new people join, because it's, again, this blistering pace, there are things i can refer back to. That was a big transition for me, not being involved, not interviewing every candidateor at least the more senior candidates.
