Do You Have a Window of Tolerance?
There is a massive dropout rate in academy football. Only a tiny proportion become pros let alone play no championship or premierly. Are you working towards preparing them for pro football or are you thinking about the life they might have outside of football as well? For me i'm trying to think around what we can do to strengthen their window of tolerance and enable them to be able to cope with whatever gets thrown at them later on whether that is in football or out of football.
