Sven: I thought we'd explain the depth of research with this book. One point that is deep in this research is that there is no such thing as a certain thing in strategy. What we find is if you display companies in 5 quintiles of performance to over a decade jump from the middle to the top, on average has only an 8% chance. If you are at the top quintile, it's 55% chance that you stay at the top. If you're at the bottom quintile, It's 45%. So these are these 10 levers, but we have thresholds. And if you basically have a good environment and a good start, you maybe need to pull two levers
