The Supreme Court Is the Most Ancients of the Branch, Right?

Is it fair to say that the Supreme Court is the most ancients of the, in the sense that it's closest to the ancient view of demagoguery of the branch? Yeah, yeah. There was this real concern with stability, right, this fear that part of what was bad about democracy was that it had this potential to sort of collapse in on itself. The two cases I look at to illustrate were Chase and Scalia.
