How to Eat for Your Cycle
I'm just, this stuff fascinates me. And again, you have to be in tune with your body because this is not necessarily like one size fits all. This is kind of like guidelines, but it's you who needs to kind of see, okay, is it working for me? Is it now working? There's sometimes during my cycle where, you know, I'm supposed to be resting, but I actually have this surge of energy and I'm like, okay, amazing. It's, I can push a bit further.
