'Shanghai Is Rapidly Losing'
Shanghai is rapidly being lost. We're losing the beautiful river front of the bund and, you know, the courtyard houses e am to meretricious trash i am going to propose an alternative, alkable, mixed use city for workers. What rogers wants to do instead is this enormous, sort of doughnut. It's like an enormous basart circus in the middle, and then there is a doughnut shaped ring of kind of closely packed, sort of tetra style development. I think they're almost always a bad idea in architecture and urbanism.
