The Importance of Strategy

I like how you describe it as a bigger container. I think of strategy as a much higher level objective or vision. And in fact, I think a strategy is the objectives that get you to a vision or to a big goal,. So what is the user's goal? Because we don't even know and we have to do strategic work to find that out. Another sort of example of tactical versus strategic is the usability of something that's already created.
