"I like planning out my courses I'm going to run. So maybe like dropping a bottle, hiding a bottle somewhere where it's in the middle of like a figure eight kind of routine," she says. "Then I can have a more substance to it and maybe actually stop for a minute and pound a half the bottle or whatever it might be" She adds: "The very first marathon I trained for, we would drop bananas and water because I didn't know anything about anything else."
