A good code should look as different from medical TV as you could possibly get, right? When you watch Grey's Anatomy or ER and those things, they all tend to be scream-fests and chaotic. A really good code should be none of those things. Because if you can have a cardiac arrest where it is so smooth and quiet and controlled that everything is working together like cogs on a wheel, I think you can do most things well. It's not just about the specific situation. It's about the people and how they work.
