Is There a New Philosophy to Borrowing Your Players?

Brighton and Hove Albion have a 'private' youth development plan. The club went public with it when they borrowed players from other clubs. Did you formulate a new philosophy at Brighton? No, I think that's unfair to sort of suggest that. And none of the places I've been has it been Dannashworth's philosophy. So no, it'd be really unfair to say that it's changed or there wasn't one. But it's just enabled me to look maybe with a fresh pair of eyes and support John and Graham and Ian Buckman and Paul Wienstanne in trying to join that up.
