The Impact of Targeted Election Campaigns in the US

In the Dutch case, having over 30 parties, it might be more difficult to decide what are these actual wedge issues. So we see that there are small effects of these targeted ads. You can change people's voting behavior a bit. But in the Netherlands, for instance, if you change people's the way they vote, they vote on another party often because the turnout rates are very high.
