Originalism Is a Theory of What the Constitution Means
All originalism is a theory what the meaning of the constitution is, as opposed to something. The proper role of the court is a separate theory, is a separate question. I'm a big fan of judicial review, and i am not a fan of judicial restraint. But that does not make me a proponent of judicial supremacy.
