Dr. Quatch: A lot of the evidence based treatments that we use to work with families to address disruptive behaviors assumes a lack of skill on the parents side. So yes, there are core things that we found to be really important to help sort of lead the child to success. But to say one size fits all for each family or each parent child relationship is neglecting the complexity of us as people and as a parent and a child together.
