Valory condo is the recently retired head coach of the u c l a women's gymnastics team. She says that in the nineties, when she first started coaching, i was pathetic, horrible. After putting up with her brash coach style for a few years, our team asked me for a tea meeting, and for two solid hours, they explained to me that they wanted to be supported, not belittled.
