The Supreme Court Stays the Drug Approval and Modification Regime
Judge Kaz-Marrick stayed the entire drug approval and, you know, modification regime. The FDA loses completely at that stage, right? It goes to the fifth circuit and the fifth circuit only keeps in place the, the stay with respect to the 2016 and following modifications. So the FDA still is unhappy, right? Because it's lost some of, right? So that it appeals, as you say, to the US Supreme Court. What the Supreme Court did was they stayed all of the district courts stay. That oral argument has been set for May 17th.
