Haskell Applicative Extension

The key word in F sharp is applicative. You don't have to understand exactly what's going to be because they are tricky to understand, especially because of the apply function. The mathematical way would be to do it on, you have the join function rather than apply function. It's a lot easier from a programming because you can just for lifting things, you know, so I can see why people do that. But it's just really hard.
