Before i served as a white house fellow in government, i spent seven years workingh with colleagues to mobilize americans and several others outside the us. And so was bringing of that experience a to the centre. But i was also looking at how can government be better. A lot of those individuals n, in a loose phrase, fits the mould of mal pal from yale a. So for 200, forty five years, white men have served in most of these senior positions. We lose out on great talent that doesn't fit that traditional stereotype. That was sort of an opportunity to reflect and start building another non profet called inclusive America.
