How to Progress Dynamic Effort

If you want to progress dynamic effort over the course of three weeks, I would recommend that you do so speed work. There's a lot less variability with speed work because we're using submaximal loads. We use longer rest intervals on our main lifts. If you can do one session or two sessions, that's better than zero sessions.
