"2023" straddles this line and I agree probably crosses it into like not everything lands in this movie the way it should because it shouldn't be a movie," Fincher says. "It's something that I do find I miss sometimes watching really good limited series that know they have infinite time basically", he adds. The biggest change that this movie makes from both the book and the original movie is Michael went to the vanger estate when he was a kid and Harriet was like his babysitter.
