The Perfect One on One

I want to talk a little bit about what i think the perfect one of one is. I don't think you's just talking twice a year to somebody. If it's your manager, it's got to be definitely at the cadence that you all mention weekly or by weekly - not twice a year. And in getting a coffee, on that in that walking conversation, lot of things can be talked about. Probably about five to 15 minutes of that conversation could be spent on up dates,. but it should be spent on hard stuffs.
