Ketogenic Ac and Dexamethasone: A Viable Option for Acute Renal Colic

The primary outcome here was pain severity based on that visual analogue scale and what did they find? I hear you ask. Well the baseline pain scores as we've said were the same in both groups so that was 9.5 out of 10 but at 30 minutes drum roll the pain score in the control group was 5 out of 10 and in the intervention group it was just 3.5out of 10. So that was a statistically significant improvement in pain for patients receiving both ketoral like an dexamethasone. The authors conclusions to this one then, well they said this study showed benefits exist with a combination of ketoral ac plus Dexamethas1 in decreasing renal colic.
