Fery honi cooked it for nine minutesy. I stirred it gently. And what i noticed was, yes, it's a little differet from the semalin aposta,. But something, something kind of special happened, which is that, as it cooled, the pieces stuck to each other just a little bit and they formed these like cascatelli clusters - you don't get with the semalin Aposta. Waha. Those clusters are extremely tooth sinkable and have a whole other combination of textures that you can’t get with the original.
