Theanine is in a supplement that I sell, Joe's mood daily but anyway yeah. Theanine by itself is like great for sleep, it's great for mood, it's working in so many different ways,. And then the other thing that I have a pet peeve about is DHA because once again everyone's like oh yeah I'm going to take a fish while let's go help my brain. You need the phospholipid form to get into your brain. So that's my main tip for people is don't bother just getting fish oil, get krill oil which is full of phospholipids and that willget into your brain have brain benefits.
