I feel like there's more insights I can gain on Twitter. And it's a good platform. Some people will say, we're eating on Musk, taking it over that they're not going on but that's a whole other debacle. Sydney is so expensive for real estate. It's actually, yeah, it's pretty wild. That would be a great thing to do. But I think the average prices are like a million. If you want to live like close to the city, like within 30 minutes, it's more like around 2 million,. Even on the lower end, which is just crazy.
