Nero was infuriated by a reforms commissioner who seemed to not know about any plan that had gone ahead. He threatened to resign edwina mountbaton, but she called him up and calmed him down. Naro then put forward his own plan for the transfer of power in what is now known as the menan plan. But he did not like it - naro friaked out when he found out there were two different plans being shown to him.
