i encourage you to start paying more attention to how your intuition works. Be at a restaurant, glance at the menu, have your intuition pick what you're going to have that night and you'll be guided toward something. Or just really spend time in nature. Spend time quiet. That's often when intuition can come in. The less you distract yourself with the ways you compensate for your worth and validation and acceptance and all that, the more space you make room for your intuition. So tammy gave a beautiful example about that nudge about breath work. She was able to really feel the difference between intuition and thought, and it turned out to be a beautiful experience.
