The Darkness Is Good for Eclocation, but Not All Bats Do

Most bats round the world use echo location. Not all bats, those fruit bats from australia do not ecolocate. And when they're in fog, the eclocation doesn't work quite as well because the sound waves get scattered. So i was thinking with the kind of cyclical nature of the atmosphere and the weather, and they might do what a lot of bats do here on earth as hibernate during some periods. Yet, we did talk in the last episode about maybe the life forms on this world being ones that are dormant at some times and wake at others. That makes a lot of sense, yes.
