I was born into Catholicism. My family converted to... they became Pentecostal. And that was really scary for me as a child. I couldn't wear pants. No makeup, no jewelry. It was extreme for me. Sometimes when I'm doing stand-up and people who are religious come to the shows, I can't look out of my avoid looking at them because I know that they don't want ... I can't be my own self.
