The Importance of Trusting the Money Supply
The Bank of Japan wants inflation just because deflation is bad for the economy. When deflation, you have a deflationary psychology and a company's earnings are less every year in nominal terms. And then those people who are laid off, they don't spend money. So why would you want to encourage a state of a monetary system that in genders, things that occur during a recession? All you want is to encourage the all of this expansion of the benefit of the deflationary aspects of technology rather than take it away.
