Donna Spencer is a freelance user experience designer who specializes in large, messy websites. She has written three books on card sorting, on web writing and information architecture. We met her at EuroIA where she hosted the workshop Introduction to Information Architecture covering core concepts and practices that are fundamental to any kind of information architecture work.
