How to Be Gentle With Yourself When Feeling Low
We have a tendency to sacrifice the energy that we put into self care, like sleeping. Exercising, eating well. And as reliably as gravity claiming a dropped egg when your lifestyle erodes the foundation of your health, sooner or later you're going to feel bad. Take a weekend to not plan anything, not do anything, make some chicken soup, sleep in if you can and do just very gentle, nurturing feeling things.
