The Importance of Word of Mouth
I was so inspired when I worked at Lizzo UK Beauty Company, and their big founding principle was never spend on advertising. And what did they do? They invested in like gift with product, gifts to the customer, customer delight. That's maybe a really good space to invest in. So we should all start waking up, smell the coffee and look at these big budgets that go out the door and go, actually, what can we do?
