GT Advanced

Under the terms of the contract, the factory belonged to Apple according to the lawsuit. I don't know that it's the case that Apple has never owned the production factory before. It wouldn't surprise me to hear in this case that GT Advanced was simply not financially capable of advancing the cost to build this factory.
