The Four Components of the Atman

When we travel from life to life, a physical body, you cannot of course take with you obviously. But whatever actions you have done with your eyes, whatever you have seen with your eyes,. it has registered a strong impression in the mental system that you encourage when you are born again. That feeling, that identity is deposited in the Akam. So these are the four compartments which constitute Antakarna or internal organs. I was just wondering how the Atman relates to this idea of Antar Karna then.
