Gensler was on Bloomberg last week and said, I don't make the rules. That suggests to me that he views it as potential outcome here. Three of the commissioners would vote for Bitcoin ETF proposal. Crenshaw because she seems to be the most technologically astute. Maybe if you're the sponsor of one of these potential products, you just say, "I'm taking my bet that this goes through"
