When might you retest someone for gonorrhea and chlamydia? Like does it stay positive for 90 days like COVID or? Yeah, no, we don't have rules about that. The CDC recommendation is two to four weeks after two weeks. In my practice, we do four weeks. And if by this time the urine gonorrhea or chlamydia have come back positive, it's really not affecting our treatment.
