How Did You Get Into Hr V?

Hane: I had never really dove to the field of h ar v when i was in study. It wasn't until i became a resident, and worked at an integrative pain center that my eyes started to become more open about it. When you hook somebody up to a bio feedback machine, initially they think, ah, these are breathing techniques, and we're just kind of quanifying the effects. But then after seeing this objective data change,  they subjectively start to feel less and less pain. That's when i like took a deep dive in specializing in the field of bio feedback but also heart rate variability.
