I like to do two yoga sessions, four lifts and at least three runs a week. Just the idea of like constantly being in motion and constantly working on flexibility and cardiovascular health and strength. Another thing that I would like to add to 2023 is also putting out one longer form clip every day. And so I think that could be a key piece of it.
